In this crazy Manosphere conglomerate of online personalities, there are a lot of damaged men. He’s a man who’s experienced a lot, has the stripes to prove it, but more so, he was honest in his assessments. Since that first meeting, Richard Cooper has become a good friend, business associate, and a mind with whom I could bounce ideas off of. He was sincere in his appreciation for what I put in Rational Male’ in a way that made me think: I’ll take an hour to talk with I’ve always been very hesitant to talk with guys who I got a grifter vibe from, but I didn’t get that from Rich.

Hell, I didn’t even show my face until 2017, but something about Rich’s email struck me as raw honesty. Medicine’ was getting traction, and I was consumed with the writing/compiling of Masculinity’ that year. Rich hit me up via email and asked me to come on his YouTube podcast, Entrepreneurs in Cars, for an interview. I’m loathed to call it a meeting, since it seems like no one really meets anyone face-to-face these days.
